This smoke chamber sprayer is used to apply the HeatShield Cerfractory Foam product to smoke chamber walls. It must be used with a compressor with a minimum 5 .0 CFM @ 50 PSI. PCR is designed to completely remove third degree creosote from flue tiles, stainless steel liners and all masonry surfaces. It acts as a poultice dissolving and pulling creosote in and absorbing it. As the PCR dries it loses its adhesive properties and falls off the sides of the flue tiles or stainless liner. The remaining PCR and creosote are easily removed by regular chimney sweeping methods. PCR is easily applied in accessible areas with a brush, in a flue tile or stainless steel liner with a specially designed PCR Applicator and a winch system or sprayed in a smoke chamber with the SaverSystem Smoke Chamber Sprayer.
